2012 TOPPS FOOTBALL.......
Tomorrow is the day that I will get a look at the 2012 version of Topps Football. To be honest, I do not know much about this years look or checklist specifics, but there are a few details that I have picked up during leisurely browsing. One detail that I found interesting was the fact that this years base will NOT follow baseball's lead. I like that fact that they will have a different feel compared to baseball, plenty of us know Topps collectors have sorted through plenty of one particular design at this point in the year (Series 1 & Series 2 Baseball). The other detail that I discovered, that should really come as no surprise, is that Luck and RG3 are live in this release much like they were with the release of Inception. Both Luck http://tinyurl.com/c3tewj4 and Griffin http://tinyurl.com/99wd3on cardboard are hot on the secondary market at this point with many base cards selling for $5 and up, not to mention the highly sought after autos and relics.
Retail versions release tomorrow (Tuesday) in my location, my plan is to pick up a variety of 2012 ie. blasters, rack packs, looseys, and anything else available. My hopes are that I can get to the card section early in order to pick up some unsearched product.
